Petitioner herein is claiming that she is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.09.00 guntas in Sy.No. 1 89/4 (old Sy.No.189/8), situated at Chintagurthi Village, Raghunathapalem Mandal, Khammam Division and District. In proofofthe same, she has filed copies latest pattadar passbook and title deed. According to the petitioner, it is a patta land. In the latest pattadar passbook also, it is mentioned as patta land. Even then, the subject property is mentioned in the list of prohibited properlies. Therefore, she has submitted online application during Revenue Sadassu t.ide application No.26140070064, dated
09.06.2025, to respondent No.2 rvith a request to delete the subject property from the list of prohibited properties. Despite receiving and acknolvledging the said application, respondent No.2 did not act upon the same.
