2. Petitioners herein are l0 in number. They are claiming right over the land admeasuring Ac.20.16 guntas in Sy.Nos.25llA2, 2521A2, 247IA3, 247lF.E, 247IAl, 247IA8, 247lE, 251IA3, 2521A3, 252lAl and 247/A2 situated at Laxmipally, Angadi Raichur Kondangal Mandal, Mahabubnagar. The details of the same are specifically mentioned in a tabular form in paragraph No.4 of the writ affidavit.

3. Respondenr No.4 has fired a suir in o.S.No.l5g of 2022 (otd o'S'No'9 of 2022) against the petitioners seeking declaration of title and it is pending on the fire of rearned Senior civil Judge, vikarabad. Learned triar court granted injunction directing the petitioners not to alienate and encumber the said propefty. Under the guise of the said order' respondent No.2 is not paying the Ryhu Bandhu benefit to the petitioners he1:in. They have submitted representation datect j I 2 i)

07.01.2025 to respondent No.2 with a request to pay Rythu Bandhu benefit to the petitioners herein. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said representation, respondent No.2 did ntlt act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondcnt No.2. petitioners filed the present writ petition.

Whereas, learned Government Pleader ftlr Revenue, on instructions, would submit that petitioners have to make the Mandal Agricultural officer concented as party to the presetrt writ petition' since he has to subrnit report with regard to standing crop etc' on consideration ot- the said repotl, respondeut No'2 will pay Rythu Bandhu benefit to the petitioners herein subject to result of the aforesaid suit. 5 Inthelightofthesaiddiscussion,thisWritl)etitionisdisposed ftom the Mandal of directing respondent No.2 to seek for rePott Agriculturaloff,rcerwithregardtotlresubjectproperlyandpayRythu Bandhubenefittothepetitionershereinconsideringtherepresentation datedoT,oT.2oz5witlrinaperiodoftwo(2)rnonthstiornthedateof receiptofacopyofthisorder.However,thesaidclirectionissubject * J ro the result of O.S.No.158 of 2022 pending on the learned Senior Civil Judge, Vikarabad.
