THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE V.V.S. RAO WRIT PETITION No.21824 of 2006 ORDER: The petitioner filed an application before respondent No.1 purportedly under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 seeking a certified copy of the order dated 19-08-2006 in Case No.5350 of 1990. As the same is not furnished, instant writ petition is filed seeking a direction to that effect. At the stage of admission itself, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (General-T) submits that the petitioner himself has not approached the respondents and that as and when he approaches respondent No.1, certified copy of the order dated 19-08-2006 will be furnished. Therefore, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach respondent No.1 on 30-10-2006 for obtaining copy of the order dated 19-08-2006. The writ petition, with the above observation, is accordingly disposed of. No costs. ____________ V.V.S.RAO, J 23rd October, 2006 Note: Issue CC by 24-10-2006 B/o
