No. 37, Gopanpally Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ralgareddy District (hereinafter referred to as the 'subject propertyJ, as illega1, and consequently, to direct the respondents to process the application dated 29.07.2025 for providing electriciQr connection and to release service connections with meter.

2. Heard learned counsel for ttre petitioner and Sri N.Sridhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 4 and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5. f! ! Page 2 of5

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the subject property, having purchased the same through a registerecl sale deed dated 2g.05 .2024. After completing the construction of the house, the petitioner submitted an applicatio. to Respondents Nos. 2 to 4 for provision of electric supply, along with a,rr relevant documents. The respondr:nts acknowledged receipt of the said appiication on 29.OT .2025. Despite receipt and acknowledgment of the application, Respondents Nos. 2 to 4 have not processed the petitioner,s application. Aggrieved by this inaction, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned ,:ounsel further submits that in similar circumstances, titis Court disposed of W.p. No. 17257 of 2025 on 23.06.2025, directing Respondents Nos. 3 to 5 therein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application dated 12.06.2021 and prays Page 3 of5 that similar orders be passed in this writ petition AS well.

Ms. Nit5rasri, learned counsel representing Sri N' Sridhar Red.dy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondents Nos. 2 to 4, submits that instead of awaiting the consideration of the petitioner's application, the petitioner has prematurely approached this Court by hling the present writ petition. She undertakes that the application of the petitioner will be processed and appropriate orders will be passed by Respondents Nos. 2 to 4.

6. Sri G. Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No. 5, raises no objection to the I I submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for Respondents Nos. 2 to 4.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsels for Respondents Nos. 2 to 5, this Court deems it appropriate to direct Respondents E-\.t\r \\ Page ,l of 5 Nos. 2 to 4 to process the petitioner,s application ald pass necessaqr orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
