2. Heard learned counsel for thc petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energr on behalf of Respondent No. I and Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL on behalf of Respondents 2 to 6.

3. Ms. Nikita Goenka, learned counsel for the petitioner submits lhat in somewhat similar circumstances, lr,hilc dcaling wirh Writ Petition No.2O12t of 2025, this Court by order dated

14.O7 .2025, directed the respondents authorities therein to release Lhe service connection, subject to the compliance of the statutory requirements by the petitioner therein, and hence, requested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also.

4. Recently, the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Rajendra Kumar Barjatga a. U.P. Aoas Euam Viko.s Po,risho.dl, in the larger 2024 SCC Online SC i767 2 public interest, issued directions in addition ,the directives issued in Re: l)irections in the ma er of demoht ,, t of structures. Since the prayer of the pe titioner is to receive her application and rclease thc individual service connection to the subjcct property, this Court without going into merits of the matter, directs the respondents to receive the petitioner's application and release individual service connection to the subject property, subject to petitioner complying with the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Rajendra Kumar BarJatga's case (supra) and the statutory requirements prescribed by the local authorities.
