2. Heard Sri Mirza Rizwan Ali Baig, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4- Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that the petitioner filed a complaint under Section 2OO Cr.P.C., on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Karimnagar and on the said complaint, cognizartce has been taken and referred the case of the petitioner to the SHO, III Town Karimnagar Police Station. Thereafter, a case has been registered uide FIR No.S6 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 467, 468,.471 of IPC. He would submit on the complaint made by the petitioner, one other complaint has been filed against hirn uide FIR No.LO7 of 2025, I dated 29.03.2025 and since the notice has also been issued uide C.No.1O7 /B-ll /Cr /2025, dated 26.O8.2025. He would further submit that a writ petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court uide W.P.No.26345 of 2025 seeking to quash the 3 proceedings against the petitioner herein. During course of proceedings before the coordinate Bench of this Court, a letter has been addressed by the Revenue Divisional Officer utde Lr. No.D/27L|/2025, dated 16.06.2025 with regard to the mutation proceedings in file No.B I 1946 / t994, dated2S. O2.L995 in respect of land in Sy.No.100, admeasuring Ac.1.21 guntas situated at Durgammagadda locality, Karimnagar District, where the petitioner as well as one Mr.Peddapalli Ravi are claiming the ownership at logger-heads and requested to ascertain whether the documents issued by the then Mandal Revenue Officer, Karimnagar are genuine or not and the file No.B 1946194, dated 25.02.1995, dated 25.02.1995, is -not issued any mutation. Accordingly, it has not been attested and distribution of copy in the same year i.e., 1994.
4. l,earned.counsel for the petitioner would further submit that though the petitioner has made attempts to obtain the said a communication, but no information has been sought from the Mandal Revenue Officer, Karimnagar. Therefore, this writ petition has been filed seeking to suspend the proceedings issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Karmimnagar vide ( 1 \ 4 ^.at No.Dl l27Lll2o25, dated t6.o6.2o25. He would submit that, unless the proceedings in File No. B /9461 1994 dated 25.02.1995 are verified, it would be evident that the Investigating oflicer proceeded against the petitioner, conducted the investigation, and submitted a false report in place of the original report. Therefore, the respondents ought to have verified with the proceedings in File No. B/94611994 dated 25.02.1995, and the genuinity there in. Hence, he would seek to set-aside the proceedings ufde No.D | 127 Ll 12025, dated 16.06.2025.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that this writ petition is filed seeking suspension of proceedings No.D L 127 Ll 12025, dated L6.O6.2O25, issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, pertaining to the proceedings in File No.B 194611994, dated 25.02.1995 in respect of land in Sy.No.100, admeasuring Ac.L.2L guntas situated at Durgamagadda Locality, Karimnagar District. He would submit that the subject matter is pending before the a coordinate Bench of this Court uideW.P.No.26345 of 2025 since the said writ petition has been filed by the petitioner himself seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No. LO7 of 2025 dete-d \ k I 5 2g.O3.2O25. He would submit that the subject matter is the part of the criminal investigation and filing of this writ petition would not address the grievance of the petitioner herein. If the official respondent is summoned by the Trial Court, in accordance with the proced.ure laid down by law, the official respondent would furnish the same to the Court. t \

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would further submit that only a communication has been issued in respect of the information sought by the respondents, that itself would not rise to file the writ petition before this Court. Hence, he would submit that the writ petition is filed under I t misconception and seek to dismiss this writ petition.

This Court having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and on examination of materials placed before this Court, is of the *, opinion that this writ petition does not deserve any further consideration as it is filed under misconception since the petitioner has already filed the writ petition vide W.P.No.25345 of 2025 before this Court, seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR 3in*..******.. - 6 4 No.1O7 of 2025 dated 29.03.2025 and the matter is pending before the coordinate Bench of this Court- Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedies before the said coordinate Bench of this Court. As a result, this Court does not see any reason to keep the writ petition pending further. g. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
