Petitioners herein are claiming that they are the absolute owners and possessors of land admeasuring Acs.13.l3 guntas m Sy.No.44, situated at Maqta Mahboobpet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Rangareddy District. Originally Mr.V.V.Raman has purchased the land admeasuring Acs.69.23 guntas in Sy.No.44 from Mr.Mir Osman Ali, Mr.Mohd. Ali Khan and Mrs.Raheem Unnisa Begum @ Shahzadi Begum. The details of the sale deeds, extents and survey numbers are specifically mentioned in a tabular form of paragraph No.3 of the writ affidavit. .I I I 2

Mr.L.Ravichander, leamed Senior Counsel ppearing for the petitioners referring to various proceedingr; of the Joint Collector, Chief Commissioner of Land A lministration (CCLA), order dated 17.01.2017 in W.P.No.2\>14 of 2014 and order dated 25.11.2024 in W.A.No.1499 o'2018, would submit that despite the said orders, the subje; property is mentioned in the Prohibited Properties list vlde proceedings dated 03.10.2024. Therefore, General Power of Attorney Holder of the petitioners has submitted a represe rtation dated

18.08.2025 to respondent No.2 with a request .o delete the subject property from the Prohibited Propertie; list. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said ,r presentation, respondent No.2 did not act upon the same. Ag3'ieved by the said inaction of respondent No.2, petitioners file I the present writ petition.

Leamed Assistant Government Pleader lbr Assignment, on instructions, would submit that petitioners I r ve to submit online application, along with all the relevant r ocuments, in termts uf the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in 3 Land) Rules, 2025 (for short,'the Rules,2025') to respondent No.2 with a request to delete the subject property from the Prohibited Properties list. On receipt of the same, respondent No.2 will consider and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, by putting the petitioners and all interested parties on I I notice and affording them an opportunity.

In the light of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to submit online application, along with all the relevant documents, in terms of the Rules, 2025 to respondent No.2 with a request to delete the subject property from the Prohibited Properties list, within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application, respondent No.2 shall consider and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, by putting the petitioners and all interested parties on notice and affording them an opportunity. If respondent No.2 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioners, he shall assign specific reasons, pass a reasoned order and communicate the copy of the same to the petitioners. 4 However, he shall complete the entire exercis,: within sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of tho said online application.
