The facts of the case in brief as stated are that petitioner is a resirtgSrt of Balanagar and it is submitted that to maintain pubtic peace and without any !^rd.dres and frre incidents on *re I I 2 occasion of Vijayadashami festival (Dussehra) ot O2'|O'2O25' petitioner approached respondent authorities on 08'09'2025 and made a complaint regarding unauthorized conduct of Ravana Dahanam, however' respondent No'4 refused to receive the complaint' Thereafter' petitioner has sent the complaint through RPAD and the same was received by respondent authorities' Since, no action has been initiated the present writ petition is hled. lrarned counsel for the petitioner has also {iled copies of photographs taken last year in support of his case'

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition' learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondent authorities to dispose the petitioner's representation dated O8'Og '2025' in a time bound period'

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents submits that if the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2025 is still pend.ing for consideration; the respondent authorities may be directed to dispose of the said representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with 7aw- J
