This writ petition has been filed seeking the following praver: - '...declaring the action of tle respondent more particutarlg Respondent Nos.2 to 5 in not registering FIR ond. taking action against the Resporudent Nos'6 to 10 despite making srycifu complaint dated 23/ 07/ 2025 to Respondent Nos.2 to 5 lerein as illegal, arbitrary and. uncnnstituttonal and cor'seqrtentlg direct the Respondent No.S to register a cime against the Respondent Nos.6 to 1O bg ansideing tle amplaint dated 23/ 07/ 2025."

The facts of the case in brief as stated are that petitioner got married to respondent No.6 on 11'05.2025 at Annavaram Sri Satyanarayana Swamy Temple in the presence of parents of petitioner and friends of respondent No.6. Therea-fter, petitioner 2 got to know that respondent No.6 married th, petitioner by providing false information and misrepresent,l ion and later foisted him with false cases with an intention tl extract money from the petitioner. When the petitioner ,: rquired about respondent No.6, he got to know that responden: No.6 is already having a son of 8 years old born via surrogacy. Re spondent No.6, inturn, lodged complaint against the petitlt ner utde FIR No.64 /2025 on the hle of Vijayapuri Town )olice Station, Nalgonda with an intention to harass the petitio:r :r. Respondent No.6 and her friends also warned to kill the pt1.tioner and his family members. Accordingly, narrating all t-r : above facts, petitioner lodged a complaint to respondent .Ios.2 to 5 on

23.OT .2025 along with all relevant documents. Petitioner has also sent a copy of complaint through Post to res condent Nos.2, 3 and 5 on 24.07.2025. However, respondent z,r ittrorities failed to take any action against unofhcial responder t Nos.6 to 10. Questioning the same, the present writ petition ir; filed.

5. l,earned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents submits that if the petitioner's representation dated 23.07 .2025 is still pending for consideration; the respondent authorities may be directed to dispose of the said representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel appearing on either side ald without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 23.O7.2025 and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance to law. 7 .
