2. Heard Sri K.B.Ramanna Dora, learned counsel for the petitioners and Smt S. Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents
3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that at the time of admission on 22.08.2014, this Court granted interim order directing that if the respondent No.4 intends to take any action against the petitioners, he shall give them notice with opportunity to file explanation, however, in spite of lapse of more than 11 years, the respondents did not choose to file counter or vacate petition denying the \1 averments made by the petitioners and requested to '/ J SK, J W.P.No.2421O of 2Ol4 dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners over the subject plots without following due process of law.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the respondents want to interfere with the plots of the petitioners, they will follow due process of law and requested to pass appropriate order.
5. [n view of the above circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners over the subject plots without following due process of law. No order as to costs.
