The Court made the following: COMMON ORDER THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 in/and This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.447 of 2024 on the file of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Trial of Cases under Telangana Excise and Prohibition Act cum lV Additional Junior Civil Judge Warangal at Hanumakonda, registered for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420ot the lndian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 66-D of lT Act, 2000-2008.

2. lt is subrnitted by leamed counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused as well as respondent No.2lde facto complainant that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingty, !.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 have been filed to record compromise between them and to compound the offences.

3. The leamed Additional Public Prosecutor has opposed the said compromise petitions. 2 ETD. J Ctlp_l 2250_2025

4. Perused the affidavits filed by the de facto complainant in l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 which disclose that he has willingly consented for compromise. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to setfle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana ylUe orders dated 19.09.2025 passed by this Court. The Seeretary, High Court Legal Services Commiftee shall identiff the and submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Commiftee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 25.09.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully and without any'coercion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise.

6. ln view of the above, LA.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 is allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.3945 ot 2022 on the file of the C.C.No.447 of 2024 on the fileotlie Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Trial of Cases 3 ETD.
