16.O2.2024 statinEJ that. on verification ct the revenue records and connected documents, it was ii r-u'rd that the said land i\ras originally rlonated by Raja Sab r of .Jataprole Samsthanam in Sy.No.70l25/E correspor.r:1ing to new Sy.No. 113, situated at Vardhiyala Village ro \zenkata Das on 05.1 1.1953 and after that, the name of one Venkata Das was mufated in the revenue records alc ie had been in continuous possession till his death. Ler rrned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that. aft.er the death I I I I I I E .. I 3 EVV, J Wp,28118,2025 of Venkata Das, his legal heirs filed O.S.No.38 of 1986 wherein it u,as d eciared that the land admeasuring Acs.8.23 guntas in Sy.No.l13 of Varidyala Village is patta land but not Bhoodan land and the said judgment was assailed by filing C.M.A.No.15 of 1987, which was dismissed. Basing on the decretal order, the name of Venkat Das and his legal heirs have been entered in the revenue records. The petitioner had made representations, dated27.O2.2O2O and 19.O4.2021 to denotify the said iand from Bhoodhan records dul-v considering the report of the District Collector, dated 16.02 . 2024 . The grievance of the petitroner IS that, even after receipt of the said representations, the respondent authorities did not consider the same.
