Petitioner herein is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.0.3575 guntas tn Sy.Nos.L77 /EE/ t /2, 179 / A/ t, 23o/ AA/ 1, 24tE, 24lUUl,24lAA,24IAA2 and 247OU7, situated at Anantharam Village, Bhongir Manda-l, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District. He has obtained NALA proceedings, dated
18.O1.2025 converting the subject property from agriculture to non-agriculture. Now, he has submitted online application uide I.D.No.3O05O24OO07, dated 18.06.2025 and also a letter, dated 18.06.2025 during Revenue Sadassu to respondent No.3 with a request to cancel the said Nala proceedings, dated Ia.O1.2025 and convert the property from non-agriculture to agriculture. On receipt of the said online application and letter, dated 18.06.2025, respondent No.3 has issued a .1 2 KL, J \ l' No 28 I 23 OF 2025 ) notice, date,,l 08.07.2025 directing the petitione;. to submit all the relevant documents within a period of seve r (7) days. It is the specific c'ontention of the petitioner hereir. that he has submitted a representation before respondent ."tro.3 a1or.* * an all the relevant documents pursuant to notice dated O8.O7 .2025. Despite receiving and acknowleclging the said representati,:n. respondent No.3 did not act L.l-.on the same Aggrieved b_r, t he said inaction of respondent 1{o.3, petitioner frled the pre:jcnt Writ Petition.
3. Where:rs, Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistat. Government Pleader for Flevenure, on instructions, would su.rrnit that there is no provisiorL in Bhu Bharathi Act and Rules 1br converting the lancl frorn non agriculture to agriculture. Pr:titioner has to prefer an appe al in terms of NALA Act. The s:Li,f submission of learned colrnsel for the petitioner is contrarr to procedure laicl dorvn under NALA Act. 4. It is the specific contention of the petitioner herein that he has already appeared before respondent No.3 and submitted all the relevant documents

In the light of the said discussion, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider the online application submitted by the petitioner uide I.D.No.3005024OOO7, dated 18.06.2025 and also letter submitted by him during Revenue Sadassu with a request to convert the said land from non-agriculture to agriculture and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law by putting the petitioner and all interested parties on notice and affording them an opportunity. If respondent No.3 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shall assign specihc reasons, pass a reasoned order and communicate a copy of the same to the petitioner. However, he shall complete the said exercise within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
