With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at tJre stage of admission.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that on earlier : ,occasion, this Court passed order in w.P.No.3gogo 0f 2023 dated o6.L2.2023 and directed the respondent authorities to register the documents presented/pending before the respondent authorities wittr regard to the same survey number without reference to the I.[otification dated 26.O9.2OL3. The subject Land in the present writ petition also pertains to the same surve5r nurnber and also similar letter was issqed by th€ respondent No.3 in Lr.No.El /3387 12Ci24 dated O3.LO.2O24. In view of the Salne, the respondent No.S issued impugned rL, i' l i1 ,: : 2 Retusal Order No.364 of 2O2,5 dated 30.08.2025 and. the s€rme is' liable to be set aside.

3. lr:arned counsel for the petitioraers further submits that there is a chequered history of Sy.No.44, situated at Makthzr Mahabubpet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. With regard to the entries of Sy.No..l4 in revenue records, the orders passed by the Chief I"and Administration in File Comm:issioner of No.P3/45612013 dated' 29.05.201,4 was set aside by this Court earlier in W.P.No.23574 of 2OL4 dated LT.OL.2OLT and granted liberty to the authorities to take action as per the order passed by tlle Joint Collector in E1l73o6/lggg on 19.OL.2O13 and the Joint Collector in his order dated

19.0 L.2ol3 directed tlle Deputy Collector and Tahsildar, Serilirrgampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District to examine the records in respect of the subject land.s and if he found any fabricated material produced relating to fraud for issuance of supplementary sethwar and for obtaining corre<:tion of revenue records, file comprehensive Civil Suit for declaration of title and for recovery of possession in 3 favour of Gowernraent in accprdance with law. Agrieved by the orders in W.P.No.23574 of 2OL4 dated L7.OL.2O17, the respondent authorities havg filed W.A.No. L499 of,2018 and the same was dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court on 25.LL.2O24. In spite of that the respondents again showing the suit schedule property in the prohibited list and the same is contrary to ttre orders of this Court.

4. Learned cglrnsel for tl,..e petitioners further submits that this Court passed. orders in W.P.No.33O9O of 2023 l dated O6.L2.2O23 a+d directed the registering authorities to register the la4ds wi-thout reference to the notification dated

The subject land in the present writ petition also pertains to sarrre s'urvey number and the respondent No.3 in Lr.No.E1l3-3S7 12024 dated 03.10.2024 befote the dismissal of w.A.No. 1499 0f 2018 dated 25.L1.2024- Basirrg on tl.e lettey dated O3.LO.2O24 issued by the respondent No.3, the respondent No.S issued irnpugned Refusal Order No.36al 2025 dated 3O.O8.2O25 and the sarne has to be Eable to be set aside. 4

5. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration not disputing the disposai. of the W.F.No.3309O of 2023 dated O6.L2.2O23 and al:io the orders in W.P.No.23574 of 2OL4 dated

17.OL.2OLT and W.A.No.L499 of 2O18 dated 25.1L.2O24 and requested to pass appropriate orders.

Recording the above submission made by learned counsel on either side and without exlrressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Registering Authority to receive, register and release the subject document presented by tl:e petitioners, i.'l without reference to the letter dated 03:10.2024 issued by the resipondent No.3 and without reference to the impugned Refuserl Order No.364 of 2025 dated 30.08.2025 issued by the respondent No.S, subject to the petitioners complying with the provisions of the Indian Registration Act, 19O8 and India-rr Stamps Act, 1899. It is also open to the Registering Authority to refuse to register the document if any other objection and communicate the said decision to the \ petitioners D

7. It is also made glear that this order does not prech-rde the Government/District Collector to take appropriate steps as warranted by law and to assert its tit1e. If any proceedings/suit/appeal pending between the executants of the document/Governgrent or any other interested ptrW, the registration of tlle document wilt be subject to t.Le result of tlrat proceedings/suit / appeal

8. Accordingly, this writ petiti,on is disposed of. No order " as to costs.
