The petitioner herein is clairning that she is the absolute ownel and possessor of the land adtleasuring Ac.l .00 guntrs in Sy'.No.89/2 situated at Kanirnetr.a Village, Kothakota Mandal, Wanaparthy District, on the strength of a registered gift settlement deed bearing document No.3638 of2003 dated 19.09.2003 executed by her father. She has filed a suit vide O.S.No.219 of 2022 asainsr her brother Sri Dodla Mallaiah and his wife Srnt. Dodla padmamma, 5'h respondent herein for declaration of title and permanent injunction. An ex parte decree was passed on 19.10.2023. 5'h respondent has already filed an application vide i.A.No.l4 5 of 2025 in O.S.No.2l9 of 2022 to set aside the ex parte decree dated 19.10.2023 by condoning the delay, w,hich is pending. In rhe rreanwhile, the pctitioner has subrnitted online application vide Id.No.22T305700005646 dated

24.06.2025 with 3"r lespondent with a request to mutate her name in revenue record and issue e-patadar passbooks in respect ol the said propefty. Despite receiving and acknowledging the same, 3,d I ] 2 - respondent did not act upon the same' Aggrieved by thr: said inaction of 3'd respondent, the petitioner filed the present writ perltion'
