2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing on br:half of respondent Nos.1 to 6. With their consent, this writ petition is taken up for disposal. Notice to respondent Nos.?' to 11 is dispensed with.

The facts of the case in brief are that petitioner claim s to have purchased the subject property from Mahzroof Ali uide registered sale deed bearing Doc.lrlo.277Ll2O1O, subsequently, the name of Smt.Rizya Sulta.na i.e., first petitioner was mutated in the revenue records by MRO and pattadar passbooks has also been issued in favour of petitioners and the petitioners are cultivating the said lands and also erected khadies around the subject land and fenced it. It is submitted that respondent Nos.7 to 11 approached petitioners and destroyed fencing, drilled a pore well. [n that regard, petitioners made a complaint to respondent No.6 Police, treq,r(:ver, respondent No.6 had not received the complaint of the petitioners. Thereafter, on 18.O4.2025, the petitioners lodged a complaint before Circle lnspector i.e., resp<lndent No.S, however, when respondent No.S did not W:t,,'7r n J initiate any action, petitioners lodged complaint before respondent Nos.2 and 3. It is submitted that when the petitioner went to her son's home at G4iularamaraln, respond.ent Nos.7 to 11 removed some of the Khadies and trespassed into petitioners land and destroyed the existing crop. Thereafter, when the petitioners approached respondent No.6 for lodging complaint against respondent Nos.7 to 11, respondent No.6 in collusion with respondent Nos.7 to 11 at the behest of politicians is threatening the petitioners with dire consequences. Questioning the said interference of rrespondent Police in the civil dispute, the present writ petition is filed.

The sub-Inspector of Police, Jharasangam Police Station has placed a copy of instructions through learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and would submit that neither the petitioners nor the respondent Nos.7 to 11 had approached respondent Police and lodged complaint. [t is further submitted that respondent authorities are not :.. involving in the civil diqputes pending between petitioners and unoflicial respondent Nos.7 to 1 1. It is further submitted that on 13.06 .2O2O, on the complaint lodged by 4 : first petitioner's son, respondent police registered FIR No-38 /2o2o under Sections 442 , 422 Ipc against resp()ndent No.8 and .thereafter, charge sheet was filed before Junior First Class Magistrat e, Zaheerabad.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent authorities to consider the comprlaint of the petitioner dated oz.os.2o25 filed along with material papers of this writ petition and take appropriate action by following due procedure as contemplated under law.
