As regards tl.re objection of respondent No.4 that there is an allernate rcmcdy ii r the petitioner to approach the Registrar, this Court irnds that if then is a dispute with regard to the sr"rpply of the documcnts, then the pcii .ioner u,ould have to approach the Registrar. But Lhis is a case vu'her e the respondents have not responded to the application of the petitiorer and therefore, the. said object-ion of respondent No.4 is also re.jcr'ted.
