During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the parties have jointly agreed that this petition may be disposed of in terms of order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.Nos.58O1 and 37820 of 2022, dated 31.12.2024. It is agreed that in view of the aforesaid common order, the impugned order of Lokayukta, dated 21.09.2020 rnay be set aside and the parties may be directed to proceed in accordance with the directions 2 passed by the learned Single Judge in the aforesa id common order.

4. In vier,r' o' the consensus arrived at, the in-rpugrred order of the Lokaytrkta, dated 21.O9.2O2O is set aside bfid parlies shall be governed by thi, aforesaid common order passed by the learned Single JudEe.
