2. Heard Sri N.Ramu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Iearned Government Pleader for Services III for the respondents

3. According to the petitioner, her husband Sri N. Radhakishan, who worked as Superintendent in Panchayat Raj Department, died on 5.3.2024, till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of petiLioner's husband have already been processed, however, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be reieased, on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per the seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficiaries.

5. Having regard to the above made submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release the 2 retirement/p,ensionary benehts viz., (1) PendirLg Gratuity (CAP Share) Bill /\mount of Rs.11,26,7181- STO Token No.2522892OO3 dated 09.1O.2024, (2) Gratuity (TG Share) Bill Amount of Rs.4,73,282,/-STO Token No.2522891980 dated Ot'.10.2024 (3) Final Encashment Earn Leave Bili Amount of Rs.
