2. When the matter is taken up, Sri Chikkudu Prabhakar, learned counsel fc,r the petitioners submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Learned counsel for the petitione rs would however prays for liberty to the petitioners to challenge the auction notif,rcation, if any, for allocation of shops for subject items, issued in future, if the petitioners have a:ry grievance with the same.
