BEIWEEN: M/ s.Vinayak€r Steels Limited \ \ The State of Andhra Pradesh Vs. Petitioner ...Respondent ORDER : (per tlon'ble Sri Justice P.SAII KOS,IfY) when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.K. Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioner had informed the Court that in spite of best efforts being made by him to contact the petitioner for obtaining instructions in the matter, there is no response from the petitioner.
In view of above submission and grven the fact that no instructions are forthcoming from the petitioner so as to enable the learned counst:l for the petitioner to pursue the instalt Tax Revision case, this Bench is of the considered opinion that as of now the instant Tax Revision case can be dismissed for want of prosecution. 3' Accordingly, the Tax Revision Case stands dismissed for want of prosecution. However, libert5r is granted to the petitioner to revive the case in case if need so arises. Interim order granted, if any, shall stand vacated.
