THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE D.S.R.VARMA Civil Revision Petition No.4694 of 2008 Oral Order: Heard.
This civil revision petition is directed against the order and decretal order, dated 23-7-2008, passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Avanigadda, Krishna district in allowing the application I.A.No.812 of 2007 in O.S.No.135 of 2007 filed under the Advocate- Section 151 of CPC seeking Commissioner appointed in I.A.No.513 of 2007. to discharge
From a perusal of the impugned order, obviously the officer of the Court below does not possess the requisite amount of perspective capability of understanding the orders of this Court. The order under revision is suspended shall mean that the consequential restoration of the appointment of the Advocate- Commissioner also shall come into force. If the officer is not aware of the consequences of the orders passed by this Court, I am of the considered view that the officer requires further the Judicial intensive for a considerable period training Academy.
