RESPONDENTS Petition Under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not granting / issuing the pattadar passbooks and title deeds in the name of the petitioners agricultural lands situated in Sy No. 333 to an extent of Ac.8,39 gts of Palcherla Village of Dharur Mandal, Jogulamba Gadwal District without considering F Line application vide Challan No. 6121069756818 dated 30.05.2024 and also without considering the Order of the Honble High Court passed in WP No. 2954012022 dated 19.07.2022 andalso Order dated 16.01 .2023 in No.B/5831t2018 passed by the lnam Tribunal and Revenue Divisional Officer, Gadwal i.e., 3rd respondent is ( highly illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-N of constitution of lndia and consequently direct the respondents to grant / issue the Pattadar passbooks and title deeds in the name of the petitioner by considering the F Line application dated 30.05.2025 and also the Order of the Hon'ble High Court passed in WP No' 2954012022 dated 1g.07.2022 and also order dated 16-Ot2o23 in No'B/583112018 passed by the lnam Tribunal and Revenue Divisional officer' Gadwal, in the interest of justice. The petitioner filed W.P.No.29540 of 2022 seeking a direction to respondent No.3 to issue Occupancy Rights Certificate (ORC) in her favour in connection with her husband's land admeasuring Acs.14-39 guntas in Survey No.333 situated at Palcherla Village, Dharur Mandal, Jogulamba Gadwal District. The said writ petition was disposed of by order dated 19.07.2022, directing respondent No.3 to consider the application of the petitioner for grant of ORC under Section 10 of the A.P. (Telangana Area) Abolition of lnams Act, 1955 ('the Act, 1955'), without reference to the letter said to have been addressed by the local MLA and by strictly examining the matter basing upon th.e records and the provisions of the Act, 1955.
3. Learned counse! for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the order dated 19.07.2022 passed in W.P.No.29540 of 2O22, the ORC --. '..__% 2 application of the petitioner and her sons was favourably considered and proceedings No. 8,1583112018 dated 16.12.2023 was issued granting oRC to the petitioner for an extent of Ac.g-39 guntas in survey No.333 of Paloherla village, Dharur Mandal, Jogulamba Gadwal District. lt is stated that for remaining land out of total extent of Acs.14-39 guntas, others who are found in possession of the same were directed to submit ORC application in Form-!. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, oRC for an extent of Acs.g-3g guntas was issued exclusively in the name of the petitioner as her sons have consented and issued no objection for the same. subsequenfly, the petitioner was issued notice No. 8/58312022, dated 27.12.2023,in Form-lll, directing her to pay premium amount of Rs.900A for issuing ORC, which, according to the petitioner, was duly paid yrde challan No.6121069756818 dated 30.05.2024. !t is submitted that thereafter the petitioner submitted application No. RC2400003952, for issue of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the subject land admeasuring Acs.8-39 guntas in Survey No.333 situated at Palcherta Village, Dharur Mandal, Jogulamba Gadwal District, but the application is not acted upon, as such, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court. ..*5 1U4 A J
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the application of the petitioner

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's application No. RC2400003952 in respect of which challan was paid yide challan No.6121069756818 dated 30.05.2024, tor issue of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the subject land admeasuring Acs.8-39 guntas in Survey No.333 situated at Palcherla Village, Dharur Mandal, Jogulamba Gadwal District, by affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all other concerned/interested persons, and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
