3. Heard Mr.R.Laxmikanth Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 5.
4. Learned. Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the present writ petition was filed seeking a 2 declaration that respondent Nos.2 to 5 failed to cond.uct proper investigation in crime No.184 of 2016, crime No.136 of 2oL,5, and crime No.41 of 2oL7 of Rain Bazar police Station, Hyderabad. It is further submitted that: a) In Crime No. 136 of 2016, after investigation, a charge street was filed before the VIII Additionat chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. Upon conclusion of the trial, the case ended in acquittal on 2:;. I I .2023. b) Ir- crime No.184 of 2oL6, following investigation, a final 16:port was filed before the VIII Additional chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, closing ttre case on the ground of "lack of evidence.,, c) Irr crime No.4r of 2oL7, a charge sheet was fited before the vIII Additional chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, and the case was numbered as C.C. No.08 of 2OL7 on L7.L2.2O25. After trial, this rrLatter too ended in acquittal J In view of the above, it is contended that the grievance raised in this writ petition does not survive for consideration and the petition has become infructuous'
5.Havingregardtothesubmissionsofthelearned Assistant Government pleader and in light of the judicial outcomes in the und,erlying criminal proceedings, this court is of the considered view that no further adjudication is warranted.
