This writ petition is filed by the petitioner aggnevecl bv the action of the respo,dent/police in interfering into the busrness activities of the petitioner in conducting DJ Souncl System and Lightings under the guise of Hon'ble Suprerne Court Judgment in Church of Gold (Full Gospel) in India vs' KKR Majestic Corony werfare Association & othersl as ,regar, arbitarv, in violation of articres 14,21,2s and 26 of constitution of India.

'fhe brief facts of the case as stated in the affidavit are that the petitioner obtained term loan of Rs.10,60,000/_ to run the business of DJ sound system and Lightings and wh,e the petitioner conducting the business of DJ Sounds, the respondent No.3 started interfering into the business and threatening not to conduct any DJ sound business in entire district of Kamareddy and that the petitioner took advances from several individuals to perform/conduct DJ sounds on occasion of Hindu Festivals like sankranthi, Bonalu, Vinayaka Chathurthi and other personal events like marriage, I (2000) 7 scc 282 ) rcceptions etc., but since the rcspondent Nos.2 and 3 seizing the matcrial used fol DJ Souncls including the vehiclc and threatening to register F I R against hirn for conducting f)J sound business, its causing inconvenietrce to the pctitioner to pay thr. monthlv installments for the term loan he obtained. It is further sr-rbrnittecl that thr. petitioncr n,as conducting his business following the directions/ guidelirrcs issuecl by Hon'blc Supremc Court in Church of gold (FullGospel)inhrdia(citedsupra)lr.IrileconductingthcbusinessofDJ sounds but, even though the. respontlent authorities are interfering into his br-rsiness activities and threalerung to register F.l.R against him for conducting DJ sound business, Questioning the same, the present writ petition is filed.
