The Petitioner herein is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.l-l l guntas in Sy.No.70, situated at Gurajala Village, Shaligouraram Mandal, Nalgonda District. He is also owner of the land in other survey numbers of the very same village. The said land is missing in the Bhu Bharati portal. He is not in possession of the said property, He has filed a suit in O.S. No.136 of 2024 on the flrle of the Junior Civil Judge, Nakrekal, against Sri Chatla Venkanna and seven others, seeking recovery of possession and grant of perpetual injunction in respect of the said property. The said suit is pending and there are no interim orders.

3. lt is the specific contention of the petitioner that the subject land is missing in the Bhu Bharati portal. Accordingly, he has sub,raitted an online application bearing No.2500116215, dated Y!.ri."!ffii. -! Y. ::...:'. \,r'' 2 -t-

25.08.2025, to respondent No.2, with a request to include the said property in the Bhu Bharati portal. Despite receiving and acknowledg:ng the said online application, respondent No.2 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.2, the present writ petition is filed.

Whercas. the leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that during the pendency of the aforesaid suit, the petitioner cannot seek to include the subject propefty in the Bhu Bharati portal. The petitioner has to pursue the said suit and thereafter has to approach respondent No.2 by submitting the online application. However, having received the said online appJication along with a fee of Rs.45l-, respondent No.2 ought to have informed the petitioner the said fact, instead of keeping it pending.

5. As di-scussed supla, the name of the petitioner in respect of the aforesaid land is mentioned in both the old and the latest passbooks and title deed. It is the specihc contention of the petitioner that he is not in possession of the said property, and therefore, he has filed the aforesaid suit seeking recovery of :.IW'',rtt 3 possession and grant of perpetual injunction. However, it is for respondent No.2 to consider the said aspects

6. ln the light of the aforesaid discussion, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.2 to consider the online application bearing No.25001 16215, dated 25.48.2025, submitted by the petitioner, and dispose of the same strictly in accordance with law by putting the petitioner and the defendants in O.S No. 136 of 2024, on the f,le of the Junior Civil Judge, Nakrekal, on notice and affording them an opportunity. If respondent No.2 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shall pass orders assigning specific reasons and communicate a copy of the same to the petitioner. He shall complete the entire exercise within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
