Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No. 198O2 of 2025, dated 10.07.2025, and requested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also. The same is not seriously disputed by the iearned Government Pleader as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. , I
