1 A memo is filed by Sri B.N.R. Sheshu learned counsel for the Respondent stating that the CRP may be allowed with a direction to the lower court to receive the documents filed before it subject to proof and relevancy and with a further direction to the lower court for time bound disposal of the suit. 2 In view of the said memo, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to receive the documents filed by the Petitioner herein subject to proof and relevancy and also to dispose of the suit, which is of the year 2006, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
