2.ThisWritPetitionisfiledseekingsuspensionofthe orders dated 3l .05 -2012, lg '04 '2}ll arrd 16'04'201 1 passed by respondent Nos.6, 7 and 8; to direct the respondent authorities to delete the petitioners' lands in Sy'Nos'478' 481' 483' 484 to an extent of Ac.18.08 guntas, situated at Thimmapur Village' Karimnagar District from the prohibited list; and to entertain the documents for registration submitted by the petitioner'

On perusal of the impugned documen! the proceedings dated 3l .O5.2}l2,which is a communication addressed by the 2 CPK,J w P.No-15569 of 20t5 Tahsildar, Thimmapur to the Sub-Registrar of Assurances, Thimmapur, informing that the Govemment has acquired patta lands in Sy.Nos.478, 481, 483 & 484 for the purpose of SRSP situated at Thimmapur village and Mandal and awards to that effect have been passed. The Tahsildar thus requested the Sub- Registrar to not entertain any sale transactions in those survey numbers, mentioning the same in the Basic value Registers, to that effect and report compliance, as the previous pattadars are now encroaching and trying to make registrations.

Similarly, the order dated 19.04.201l, which is also a communication befween the Executive Engineer, I&CAD, Division No.4 of GVC.4, L.M.D Colony, Karimnagar District to the Assistant Registrar, Karimnagar asking to issue necessary instructions to the Sub-Registrar, Thimmapur Mandal to stop illegal registrations of the Govemment land acquired by the SRSP LMD Cotony

With respect to other impugned document which is under challenge i.e., 16.04.201 I is also a communication addressed by the l)eputy Executive Engineer, Sub Division-Il, 3 GPK,J W-P.No.15569 of20l5 LMD Colony, Karimnagar to the Sub-Registrar, Thimmapur, requested to stop the registrations of the lands acquired for LMD camp area on the subject survey numbers and acquired lands area list.
6. Perused the record.

Admittedly, all the aforesaid communications are made by the offrcial respondents for the administrative reasons' The petitioners are no way connected with the same and the petitioners' names are neither reflected nor the petitioners made any representation, for their grievances to have been referred to in respect of impugned proceedings' Therefore, the impugned orders do not call for any interference of this Court more particularly, the impugned letters have been issued for the administrative purpose of the respondents'

However, lf the petitioners are aggrieved by any of the proceedings addressed to the petitioners, with resPect to not accepting 'the registration of the petitioners' documents, petitioners are af liberty to approach the respondents by way of appropriate proceedings or to approach before the Civil Court ! t ) t I I I I I i II i I : l; I i \ ,'' 4 CPK.J w.P.No.l5569 of 20t5 for availing alternative remedy for registration of the said documents.
9. The record reveals that the petitioners' land has been acquired and petitioners have been paid the compensation in the year 1971. As such, nothing surives in the Writ Petition for adjudication.
10. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the competent authority for presenting of their grievance, if they are aggrieved by the action ofrespondent authorities. ll- With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
