Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the persons who were appointed at ITDA-Utnoor, along with the petitioners in the DSC, 2072 were getting higher pay than the petitioners and the pay fixed at the time of their appointment i.e., April, 20 13 is Rs.21,230-63,030/- and as on April, 2OlT, Lhe pay scale was hxed at Rs.25,840 -21,230-63,01Ol - and in the similar circumstances, this Court in W.P.No.4266S of 2Ol7 d,ated 13.03.2025 considered 1 \; '.1\ 2 PK,J \vP-27977 _2025 the case of the petitioners therein and directed the res;F,:ndents to grant the same pay scale on par with their batch mates,. Hence the petitioners herein have made various representat jo ns to the respondent Nos.3 to 7 on 27.O8.2025, 25.08.2025 and :18.08.2025 with a requesl. to grant the same pay scale to the l,etitioners, however, no aciion has been taken by the respondents. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioners seek indu.lgr.r:e of this Court to direct the respondent Nos.3 to 7 to consider ttLe same and grant the same pay scale to the petitioners within r: stipulated period of time.
