I I This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/accused No.2 under Section 482 of Cr.p.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No.388 of 2019, on the file of the learned II Additional Judiciat First Class Magistrate at Mancherial.
Heard Sri Ch.Venkat Raman, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri E.Ganesh, learned assistant public prosecutor for the respondent No. l/State. In spite of issuance of notice, none appeared lor the respondent No.2.
