Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to pass an order or orders one in the nature of writ of mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents 4 bnd 5 in harissing the petitioner and trying to seftle the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondent No.6 at the instigation of respondent No.6 with regard to the property i.e., M/s. Sea World Grills and Chills, S wimming Pool and Family Dhaba over the property bearing No.1 5-226/9 in Survey No.149, admeasuring 'l 700 square yards, situated at Pahadi Shareef Road, Balapur village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in spite of pendency of Civil Suit in O.S.No .1771t2015 on the file of Honourable I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, L.B. Nagar and also the Arbitration OP.No.947l2015 is pending on the file of the Honourable ll Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, and declare the same as illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice, and against law and also violation of Article 19, 21 and 300 A of the Constitution of lndia. l.A. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in this Writ petition does not survave for adjudication and seeks to dismiss this Writ Petition as infructuous. Learned Assistant Government Pleader takes no objection to the
