Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and lcarned Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue, this Court, rvitho.rt going into the merits and demerits of the case, deems it appropriate to dis:os: of the writ petition permitting the petitioners to make fresh online application in appropriate module of Bhu Bharati Portal and on such application being made by the petitioners, if it fulfils all the requirements under the provisions of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Records of Rights in Land) AcL, 2025, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the samc, after issuing notice to all the concerned and affording an opportunity of personal hearing to them and pass approprialc orders in accorclance ',r,ith law as expeditiously as possible.
