JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 in/an d CRIMINAL PETITION No.12035 of 2025 COMMON ORDER This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash lhe proceedings against him in S.C.SPL.No.B of 2025 on the file of learned Special Sessions Court for Trail of SC/ST (POA) Act-cum-Vll Additional District and SessionS Court, Nalgonda District, registered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 352 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha, 2023 (for short 'BNS') and Section 3(1 )(r) of SC and ST (POA) Act-2015

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused as well as respondent No.2/de faclo complainant that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.'1 and 2 of 2025 have been filed seeking permission to compound the offence and to quash the proceedings in the above SC

4. Perused the affidavits filed by the de factir conrplainant l.A.Nos.1 ard 2 of 2025 which disclose that rr: has willingly consented for compronrise. Since [l're parties werr: rvilling to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to set l() the matter by appearing along with [herr respective counsel befor: the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telancana vlde orders dated 16.09.2025 passed by this Court. The Secrirt;rry, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the partir s and submit a report to that effect

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by thrs Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have app,:ared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identifred the parties and submrtted a report dated 23.09.2025 stating that th'-- parties were identified and they have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise

6. ln view of the above, lA.Nos.1 and 2 of 202o are allowed Consequently. the Criminal Petition is allowed and 'he proceedings in S.C.SPL.No.B of 2025 on the frle of learned S:i:cial Sessions Court for Trail of SC/ST (POA) Acfcum-Vll Additional District and Sessions Court, Nalgonda District, registered against the petitioner/accused, are hereby quashed subject to the petitioner/accused paying an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Director, Sainik Welfare, Hyderabad (Savings A/c.No.52188926279, State Bank of India, Shantinagar Branch (2o}7o), IFSC Code:SBlNO02OO70, MICR No 500004057) and Rs.5,0001 (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, within a period of two (02)weeks from today and flle proof of the same before the Registry.
