Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue

Vide letter dated 18.05.2009 in file No.J1l1505/2005, the Special Grade Deputy Collector and Revenue Divisional Officer, East Division, Rangareddy District, relying on report of Tahsitdar, Maheshwaram Mandal held that a-11 the legal heirs are entitled for grant of ORC according to their entitlement. The legal heirs of Rangaiah S/o Brahmaiah i.e., Smt. Yadamma (wife) are entitled for Ac.O-13 gts 1n Sy.Nos.242, 243, 251 and 295, Venu Chary (son) is entitled lor Ac.O-12 gts in Sy.Nos.242,243,251 and 295 and Nirmala (daughter) is entitled for Ac.0-06 gts in Sy.Nos.242,243,251 and295. The 1"t petitioner is the son of Venu Chary, the 2nd petitioner is the wife of Venu Chary and the 3ra petitioner is the daughter of Rangaiah. Therefore, they have submitted representation dated 1,0.O7.2024 to the respondent No.2 with a request to implement the said order. Despite receiving and 2 !-\ -'1 acknowledging the said representation, respondent No.2 did not act upor_-,. the same. Therefore, the present wt ir. petition.
3. Petitioners herein failed to explain the abno _rnal delay in approaching the respondent No.2 by subnritting the representation dated lO.OZ.2024. The aforesaid or,ler of RDO is 18.05.2009. Thus, there is abnormal delay r,f almost 15 years in sultmitting the representation to the :.espondent No.2. There is no explanation much les s piausible explanation from the petitioners for the said abnr>rmai delay. However, having received the said representation, respondent No.2 should have considered the same.
4. Whereas, learned Assistant Government D.eader for Revenue, on instructions would submit that respon,Cent No.2 will consider the said representation dated l[).OZ .2024 submitted by the petitioners and pass appropriat,_, orders in accordance with laur.

In the light of the aforesaid discussion, this Wr:t petition is disposed of directing the 2.d respondent to consider the representation dated 10.OT.2024 submitted by the :r,:titioners seeking to implement the order in file No.J1/1S(15/2005 dated 18.05.2009 of RDO and pass appropriate orciers strictly J in accordance with law by putting the petitioners on notice and affording them an opportunity. He shall complete the said exercise within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
