In all these writ petitions, the petitioners are working as authorized dealers of their respective fair price shops and based on sorne complaints against them, the respondent authorities appear to have initiated an enquiry against them and have issued show cause notices dated 18.08.2025, seeking explanations with regard to the study certificates submitted by thern. The petitioners claim to have submitted their explanations on 0l 09.2025 and pending consideration of the same, the grievance of the petitioners is that they are not being supplied with the essential commodities.
