2. Heard Sri M.Krupakar, learned counsel for the petitioncr and learned Government Pleader for Services-[[ lor the respondents.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner was retired on 3O.O6.2O25, till nolr', his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.
4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner have already bcen processed, however, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner, on time. It is further submitted that as per the seriatim of the token numbers, amounts u,ill be released to the beneficiaries.
5. Having regard to the above made submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release Gratuity (TS) amount of Rs. 16,OO,O00/- with Toke n Nos.26OO689862 and 26OO6a9854 dated O4-07-2025, Commutation (TS) amount of Rs.6,69,27a/- with Token No.2600689878 dated O4-O7-2O25 and I ( n tr,,p 1778-2 Rs. 13,59,087/- Earned Leavc *,ith Token No.260O689870 tlared 04-07,:102-, amount of Rs. 16,2 1,030/ u.ith Token No.260O73O l9l da tcd 09-07-2025, and l2 installrnents of p.
