3. petitioner was retired on 31.05.2025, till now, her retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benelits o[ the petitioner have already been processed, however, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner, on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per the seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the benehciaries.

5. Having regard to the above made submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release gratuity amount of Rs.16,OO,000/- approved uide Token Nos.2601136963 and 2601136991 dated 23.08.2025, commutation amount of Rs.22,96,4O51- approved uide Token Nos.26O1137027 and 2 wp 27883 2601137058 dated 23.08.2O25, June and July 2O25 pension arrears amount of Rs.1,60,848/- with Token Nos.260113688i and 2601136917 dated 23.OA.2O25, final trLs amount of Rs.18,33,590/- with Token Nos.2600568835 dated 19.06.2025 and 2600816612 dated 18.07.2025, GPF amount of Rs.4,96,388/- in pursuance of letter daLed 2O.O8.2O25, and 12 installments of PRC arrears amounts of Rs.3,45,487/- with Token No.2600694754 dated 05.07.2O25 including i 1 other token numbers, pertaining to the petitioner, as cxpeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of tu,elve (12) weeks from the date of receipt oi a copy of this order.
