I submit that the petitioners had incurred huge debts caused due to the borrotus from vaious sources for the- treatment of petitioner father and other finical problems tltat are being faced bg the petitioners..."
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.2, 4, 8 to 10. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the earlier round of litigation, the petitioners have filed a writ petition vide W.P.No.3847 of 2025 and this Court vide its order dated 11.O2.2025 has passed the following order: In view of the above submissions and since the Tahsildar-respondent No.6 has conferred with the power under Section 6 of the Act, 2O2O, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the petitioners to file an online application in appropriate module of Dharani portal in terms of CCLA's Circular No.l/2021, dated 15.O1.2021 and Cricular No.l/2024, dated 28.02.2024 duly enclosing 2 the certificate under Section 38-E of the Ar:t and other relevant documents and in the event of filing of such an application, respondent No.6 is directing to conduct enquiry and after issuing notice to all the persons interested and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of the said application.

It is further submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the impugned memo has been issued by the official respondent No.lO - Tahsildar uide Memo No.Bl22lO/2025, dated 01.09.2025 and in the said memo it is an admitted fact that on detailed enquiry conducted and ve::ification of records including the Khasra Pahani of 1954-55, Pahanies of 1974-75, 1995-96 and subsequent years, it has been clearly established that Slurvey No.17 is Patta land to a total extent of Ac.16.25 guntas, and Sy.No.LTEE to an extent of Ac.3.25 guntas stands in the name of Sri Mala Laxmaiah, S/ o. Venka,iah, Pattadar, under Katha No.142 from 1995-96 onwards and continues to be so till date. It was further noticed that the land was erroneously shown as Prohibited Pr()perty citing O.S.No.204 of 2OO7 pending before the Senior Civil Judge, Chevella. Learned counsel for the petitioners would further submit that a proposal was submitted to the com t 3 authority and deletion has been approved and implemented the Bhu-Bharathi Act. It is also been appeared that land is free from poB restrictions and no prohibition or encumbrance is reflected against the land of the petitioner and the said communication has been addressed to the petitioner. Despite the said communication addressed to the petitioner, the request made by the petitioner to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records has not been considered by the official respondents. Hence, he would seek to pass appropriate orders.
5. on the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that based on the application vide Dharani Ref. No.24ooo24T2s, dated 26.1r.2024 under TM- 15 Module seeking deletion of sy.No. 17 /EE to an extent of Ac.3.25 guntas situated at Damargidda village, chevella Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, upon due verification, the said survey number has been removed from the PoB list, in order to accede to the claim by the petitioner herein. After due verifigeli9-n._lbg 4 petitioner ought to have file an application under Rule 7 (21 of the Rules made under the Telangana. Bhu Bharathi (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (for short "the Act, 2025"1, unless such application has been made by the petitioner, the official respondents are not in a position to take action on the application filed by' the petitioner. Hence, he would seek to pass appropriate orders.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and upon vr-'rification of materials placed, this Court deems it appropriate to grant liberty to the petitionr:r to make an application under Rule 7 (21 of the Rules made under the Act, 2025 and upon such filing of applicat.irrrl, the official respondents shall examine the same in etccordance with law by issuing notices to all concerned and by affording them siufficient opportunity of hearinSl and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably, as the tirne prescribed under the Act, 2025.
