Petitioner herein is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land adnreasuring Acs.0.10 guntas in Sy.No.49ll and Ac.0.l0 guntas in Sy.No.52ll, situated at Seetharampally Village of Naspur Mandal, Mancherial District. ln proof of the same, he has filed copies of old pattadar passbook and title deed. He along with others submitted an application dated 03.03.2008 seeking successlon ploceedir.rgs in respect of the said land. The Tahsildar, Naspur, Mancherial District, submitted a report dated 12.06.2008. After prornulgation of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, petitioner has submitted online application bearing No.2300055818, dated 21.03.2023 to include the subject land in Dharani Poftal and issue e-pattadar passbook. Vide proceedings No.85/460/2023, dated 05.06.2023, respondent No.4 has recommended for orders in favour of the petitioner. Even then, the ) same is not being implemented. 3. Thc Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record ot' Riirits in Land) Act, 2025 (for short'Act,2025') was notified on 0401 1025 and it came into eff'ect from 14.04.2025.
