Petitioner herein is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Acs.0.3l guntas in Sy.No.49l1 and Ac.0.23 guntas in Sy.No.52l1, situated at Seetharampally Village of Naspur Mandal, Mancherial District. In proof of the same, he has filed a copy of old pattadar passbook. He along with others submitted an application dated 03.03.2008 seeking successton proceedings ln respect of the said Iand. The Tahsildar, Naspur, Mancherial District, submitted a repor-t dated 12.06.2008. After plomulgation of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, petitioner l.ras subrnitted online application bearing No.2300055173, dated 20.03.202i to include the subject land in Dharani Portal and issue e-pattadar passbook. 05.05.2023, respondent No.4 has recommended for orders in favour of the petitioner'. In the light of the said discussion, tl.ris Writ [',:titron is disposed ol granting liberty to the petitioner to submit online :Lpplication, along with all the relevant documents, to the Compet(ltt Authority AS specitied n SchedrLle A olthc Rules,2025 basing orrrhe rrarket valrre 3 mentioned in Schedule B of the Rules, 2025 rvithin a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application, Competent Authority shall consider and dispose of the sarne, in accordance with lau'. Il the Competent Authority is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shall assign specific reasons, pass a reasotled order and conrmunicate the cop-y of the same to the petitioner. However, he shall complete the entire exercise within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of the said online application.
