Nagar, rr,r istered for the offence punishable under sections 506 of lpC, jg6( Sections 3(2) (va) of SC, Sr (POA) Act.

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel for the pet I oners/accused Nos.1 to 3 as well as respondent No.2 that during : rndency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compronr ;ed the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2025 have >een filed by respondent No.2/defacto complainant seeking,ermission to compound the offences, to record compromise an I to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in the above crime

3. The learned Additional public prosecutor has opposed the compromtse petition 2 Efo,t tANo\.2&3o12025 io/ond C.lp-No11910 ol 2025

Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to setfle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana wde orders dated I 0.1 1 .2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 18.11.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully, without any coercion, entered into compromise.

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings in charge sheet in S.C.No.194 ot 2O2O in Crime No.225 of 2020, pending on the file of Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC & ST POA Act cases sum Vll Additional District Judge Court, Cyberabad at L.B. It is submitted that the present Crirninal Petition is flled to Quash the charge sheet in S.C.No. 19a/2020 in Crimc No.225 of 2O2O for the sections 506 IPC, Sec 3(2) (VA) OF SC, S'l' (POA) ACT, 2015 on the hle of Special Court for Trial of Cases Under SC & ST POA Act cases cum VII ADJ Court Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar against Petitioners/Accused Nos. I to 3.

It is submitted that after frling the above Criminal Petition, the Respondent Nos.2 to 4/Petitioners herein had amicablv settled with Petitioner/ Respondent No.2 out of the court to the full and final satisfaction of both the parties. Both the parties hercl-o have also agreed to compromise all the disputes pending betr,veen them in the above case.
