3. Learned counsel for the petitioner furthe r submits that, rvhile admitting the matter, this Court passed int: .im order. dated

22.12.2021 directing the official respondents not r r i,terfere *,ith the petitioner's possession over the subject prcl ert]-, except in accordance lvith the procedure established by le v Holr,eyer, in spite of lapse of more than four years, the respor,, t:nt authorities have not filed counter or vacate petition for denvrri the avermen[s made b_v the petitioner in the rvrit aJfidavit. In v, rv of the same, learned counsel requested this court to allow the \rrit petition by. directing the respondent authorities not to i, -r rfere rvith the possession of the petitioner over the subject [,] opertt, u,ithout following due process of law.
