This Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S.RAM REDDY, Advocate for the Petitioners and the Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1, and Sri B.Anil Kumar Yadav, and none appeared for the Respondent No.2. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.No .3 of 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETI TION No.12089 of 2025 COMMON ORDER This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/a,:cused Nos.1 to 3 under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C No.2288 of 2023 on the file of the Xlll Additional Chief lvletropolitan trlagistrate, Monora njan Complex, Hyderabad, registered for the alleged offence punir;hable under Sections 498-4, 506 of lndian Penal Code, 1860 and S,ections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appe,aring for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 as well as respondenl t{o.2tde facto complainant that during pendency of the present Crinrinal petition, the parties have compromised the matterand accordrngly l.A.No.3 of 2025 has been filed to record compromise between them and to compound the offences.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has rtpposed the said compromise petitions.

4. Perused the affidavits filed by the de facto complainant in l.A.No.3 o'f 2025 which disclose that she has willingly ccnsented for \--F*-il \t - 2 Crtp t)089 2025 compromise. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana y/de orders dated 17.09.2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 23.09.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise.

6. ln view of the above, l.A.No.3 of 2025 is allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.2288 of 2023 on the fite of the Xilt Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Monoranjan Complex, Hyderabad, registered against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 are hereby quashed subject to the petitioners/accused Nos.'l to 3 are paying an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the 3 ( rtp 120E9 )Dj Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad and Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates Association, Hyderabad, within a period of two (02) weeks from today and file proof of the same before the Registry.
