A consequential prayer is sought to direct respondent Nos.2 to 5 authorities to issue non-traceable certificate in favor of petitioner by considering the aforesaid petitioner's application.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 5.
3. The facts of the case as stated in brief are that the petitioner is the resident of Khoja Colony, Nizamabad Town and District. The petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner and possessor of RCC roofed shop No.8 admeasuring an area of
37.70 square yards (31.52 square meters) (herein after referred as "subject property") situated at Andhra Pradesh Housing Board Colony, Vinayak Nagar, Phase-II, Hyderabad Road, Nizamabad 2 .- \'-- '! District, which was purchased by way of regir;rered sale deed bearing document No.1888/2012, dated 16.12.,2011 from one Mr. Rahimodin. It is further submitted that at the time of purchase, the petitioner's vendor had handed o\,.er the original link document bearing registered sale deed No.il(.r5/2008, dated
08.02.2008 to the petitioner. It is further submitted that in the month of July, the petitioner intended to sell the subject propert5r for his finarcial necessities ald on 3C.O7.2025, wlnile the petitioner was taking photocopies of th r original link document be:rring registered sa-le deed No.8O j,/ 2O08 at Bus Stand, Nizamrebad area, lost the said original rlocument and inspite of his trest efforts, he could not trace out [ne original sale deed. Therealter on 04.O8.2025, the petitioner e,ntered into an agreement of sale with the intending purchase r ald informed that the petit-ioner would follow due procedr-rr.e ald obtain duplicate copy of the lost document from r he concerned authority. As such, on 08.O8.2025, the petitione.r got issued a publication th::ough an advocate in District trdition of Eenadu Daily Newspaper. ThereaJter on 14.O8.2025, petrtioner made an online application for issuance of non-traceable certificate to the respondent authorities uid.e Meeseva application No.152O14OA2.;170A56935Z. It is further srrbmitted that though the petitioner has made the online :.pplication by &t''- a -ltlxt!...j enclosing all the requisite documents and waited for more than 28 days, till date, the respondent authorities have not considered the petitioner's application.
4. Questioning the same, the present writ petition is filed.

The Sub-Inspector of Police, PS Town-I, Nizamabad, placed instructions through learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and would submit that the application of the petitioner was forwarded to the District Special Branch from the Office of Commissioner of Police for further enquiry and the matter is presently under enquiry. Upon its completion, further action will be taken in accordance with the directions of the superior officers and as per procedure laid down. It is further submitted that instead of directly approaching respondent No.5 police ( ( station ascertaining the factual position, the petitioner hled the present writ petition
6. Learned Government Pleader for Home after arguing at length, submits that further tw'o weeks of time is required to take appropriate action.

In the view of the submissions made by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and considering that the petitioner's application has already been forwarded to concerned authorities, the respondents are directed to take appropriate -! 4 1n disp osing petitioner's application wi1 r i n a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a cop.r of this order.
