This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminirl Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri PRAVEEN BONKURI, Advocate for the Petitioner Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, the Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and none appeared for the Respondent No.2. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.3&4OF 2025 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.12024 OF 2025 COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of BNSS, is filed by the petitioners-accused seeking to quash the proceedings against them in CC No.1296 of 2021 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Devarakonda, registered for the offence under Section 420 l.P.C.
2. Heard Sri Praveen Bonkuri, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1-State and Ms. Thakur Manaswini Singh, learned counsel for respondent No.2.
3. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners-accused as well as respondent No.2-de facto complainant that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, de facto complainant filed l.A.Nos.3 & 4 of 2025 seeking permission to compromise the matter and to record the compromise in terms of the Joint Memo and to quash the proceedings in the subject case against the petitioners.

5. Perused the affidavit filed by the de facto complainant in l.A.No.4 of 202t.5, which discloses that he has willingly consented for compromise. Siince the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respectiv,= counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, vide order, dated 16 09.2025, passed by this Court.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Leg;al Services Committee for the State of T,elangana and the Secretary of the above said Committee has identified the parties and submitted a report, dated 19.09.2025, stating that the parties were identified and they have wilfully and without any coercion entered into compromrse
7. ln vievu of the above, l.A.Nos.3 & 4 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, tlris Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in CC No.1296 of ',>-O21 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Devarakonda, against the petitioners-accused are hereby quashed subject to the petitioners-accused paying an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Telangana state Legal services Authority, High r3ourt Buildings, Hyderabad and Rs.5,000/- (Rupees -, 3 ETD,J Crl.P.No.12024 of 2025 Five Thousand Only) to the Telangana High Courl Advocates' Association, Hyderabad, within a period of two (02) weeks from today and file proof of the same before the Registry. 1. lt is submitted that the petitioners herein filed the above quash petition seeking to quash the Crime No.66/2021 U/Sec.42O lpC of p.S. Neredugommu. The Respondent No.2 has lodged the above case against the petitioner under UtSec.420 lPC, whetein the petitioner was figured as Accused.
2. We humbly submit that at the instance of the elders and welt- wishers, we have settled the disputes amicably and the Petitioner and the Respondent No.2 have agreed to settle the present dispute in &fr No.66/2021 UlSec.420 IPC of P.S. Neredugommu, before this Hon'ble Court. As such we have filed a petition seeking this Hon'ble Court to record the compromise. The contents mentioned in the said compromise petition are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. The said compromise is entered with free will and consent and without any coercion. Hence, we are filing the present joint Memo. It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Petitioners herein to compound the offences with the Respondent No.2 herein by recording compromise and by allowing the Criminal petition filed by the petitioner against Gffi No.66/2021 U/Sec.420 IPC of P.S.
