29.10.7987, had purchascd the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.3.21 Gts, in Survey No.1263, situated at Rayaparthy Village and Mandal, Warangal District. After demise of their elders, petitioners have succeerled the subject property. Thereafter, petitioners llames lvere record in the revenue records and paftedar pass books rt ere also issuccl in their favour. Ihe case of the Petitioners is that respondent No.6 having no right on the subject property, is lrying to interfere with the petitioners' peaceful possession over the subject property, hcnce, the petitioners filed OS.No.412 of 2025 and the I Additional i/ \ 2 Junior Civil Judge-Cum-Judicial Magishrate of First - ass at Warangal (hereinafter referred as 'Trial Court'), z;ide interim order t etef 74.07.2025 in I.A.No.505 of 2025 in OS.No.412 of 2025, restrained the re ; ,onricnt No.6 from interfering in the subject property.
