THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SHRI NISAR AHMAD KAKRU AND THE HON’BLE SHRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT APPEAL NO.762 OF 2010 & W.P.No.25740 OF 2010 JUDGMENT: (PER THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SHRI NISAR AHMAD KAKRU) In view of the intemperate language used against the learned single Judge in some of the paras of the appeal, the learned counsel for the appellant tendered an apology on affidavit, which is accepted. The said grounds shall be deemed to be nonest. No further proceedings on that count. After having heard learned counsel for the appellant at some length, he sought withdrawal of the appeal as also the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
