The petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of lands admeasuring Acs.7.O3 gts in Sy'No'29/AA' Ac'6'17 gts in Sy.No.3O/AA, Ac.OO.OS gts in Sv'No'5llAAl21nd Ac'2'0O gts in Sy.No.232/AA situated at Bodangiparthi Village' C!e+-dur .\ I t 2 Mandal, I\triL lJonda District ald the revenue author ities have mutated .hr s n;rme in the revenue records and also issued pattadar pass bo:ks in his favour.
