3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitroner rvas retired on 30.O6.2024, till now, his retirement benefi[s were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the biils pertaining to the retircment benehts of the petitioner have already I been processed, however, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner, on time. It is further submitted that as per the seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the benehciaries.
